Refund & Returns Policy

Overview
Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery.
If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange — except where required by law or covered under our 24-month warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, cables, and manuals).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- Digital or downloadable products (e.g., digital game codes, downloadable content)
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Custom consoles or wrapped consoles (unless defective or damaged)
- Opened software, games, or accessories
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale & Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items or limited-time promotions (such as Black Friday deals) are non-refundable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email info@switchbros.eu with your order number and photos of the issue.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver.

You’ll be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your total.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
